Paste your endpoint URL in the Sight AI integrations page and copy the signing secret — every request is HMAC-signed for verification.

Send a test event from inside Sight AI to confirm your endpoint is verifying signatures correctly. Failed deliveries are retried with exponential backoff.

How are webhook deliveries secured?
Every request is HMAC-signed with a secret you control. Sight AI sends the signature in a header your endpoint can verify before processing.
What happens if my endpoint is down?
Sight AI retries failed deliveries with exponential backoff for up to 24 hours. You can also replay any past event from the deliveries log.
Can I see past deliveries?
Yes. The deliveries log shows every request, the response code, payload, and a one-click replay — perfect for debugging.
Can I use it for read-only ingestion?
Yes. Most teams use Webhooks read-only — ingesting article and opportunity events into their data warehouse or internal tooling.
